Subette: A nice easy course to get through on a day where you really don’t have anywhere in particular you’d like to play. In a little bit rough condition, but still playable. Avoid sand traps at all costs: they are rock hard, so much so that raking is unnecessary.

Stone: Executive course with a few long par threes. Some interesting par fours too. Not a destination course, located in a senior style gated community, but the restaurant/bar is nice and the people are friendly. Can’t argue with the price, either. Sand traps were dirt, some grass challenged rough areas, but worth a visit to check it out if you live in the area, or you would like to play golf but don’t have 4-5 hours.
