Malibu: This is a nice course to play for the money. Fairways are in okay condition. Greens were in nice shape, but difficult to read. Sand traps had sand in them. Fun experience overall.
Steadfast: Had a fun time. Would come back again. Roughs a little rough.
MyTi: Pleasant surprise. Fun course. Lets you scramble on errant shots. Still enough of a challenge to keep your interest. Bunkers a little rough. Greens fast and true.
Stone: Flat traditional style course in good condition. Friendly restaurant and beverage cart, but pro shop is always rather unfriendly and uninterested in helping you, go figure. Definite after round party course for the seniors during the season. Big crowds and live entertainment in the clubhouse even mid week before 5:00 p.m. Some long par 3’s from the back tees for a challenge, and just a fun round. Didn’t like getting the snake. |
