Bassman: Fun course to play. Greens are very fair. Traps need good sand in them. The beverage cart was always there for you. I enjoyed playing the course for the first time.
Malibu: This is a well maintained course. Fairways are in good condition; greens are in good conditions; sand traps need work. Course layout is crazy. Overall fun experience.
QuickBuck: In good shape. Just finished over-seeding and everything will improve. Can’t walk this course as it is spread out for several miles. This layout is the only negative for a Scottsdale course. No practice facility.
Stone: I was surprised. Played here six years ago and it had a lake for a driving range, cayman balls, and a boat to retrieve the range balls! Trees have grown up and it is a very nice, playable course. Not top tier, but a fun round worth playing if you are in Scottsdale. |
