Malibu: Be prepared to dig out your accurate clubs, if you have any. This is target golf that demands accuracy. Fairways were in nice shape, sand traps okay. Greens in nice shape, but very hard to read. Overall okay.
QuickBuck: Target golf – Out of bounds markers on the edge of the fairway on four holes. Beautiful mountain course. Play any time you can. It will test you.
MyTi: It all started on a bright sunny day in Phoenix. Then turned into a blistery day with hurricane force winds. This did not take away enjoyment of the course. Target golf and a knowledge of accurate yardage a must. If you guess wrong it will hurt you. Yet it can be very playable if you’re smart. Though grey matter and golf seldom mix any better than oil and water, even I was able to enjoy this course. (It this okay Bone?)
Stone: Windy day and target golf usually don’t mix, but we had a great time. At least I did until eighteen when I got the snake. I kept telling Malibu there was water on eighteen, but he kept saying “where?”, and sure enough, I found it. And then I got Maurice. Oh well, the views made up for it, second only to We-Ko-Pa. A little difficult to find the course, but in a really cool area of Cave Creek with a nice bar and a restaurant with good food. Play it if you can. |
