Comments

Bone: Resort course. Short from back tees. Many elevation changes and different green shapes. Some narrow par 4's do not require driver. Desert, mountain scenery make it pleasant. Close to freeways, airport, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler.

Malibu: This is a nice course overall. It demands accuracy to score well. Greens were in rough condition for the most part. Fairways were okay. Sand traps were wet and packed down, making shots difficult. Money paid this time of year makes it all okay.

QuickBuck: Good looking course. Plays harder than it looks. Lots of elevation changes that fool you on yardage. Carts have GPS so the course is not well marked. Summer heat stressed the fairways so 6 holes were cart path only.

Stone: Sand traps inconsistent. Beautiful views of Phoenix. Right at the intersection of I-10 and Baseline in Phoenix. Rustler’s Roost is on top of the mountain for good steaks and outstanding views. Somewhat difficult with narrow fairways, but a fair course.
